Every moment, even the smallest of moments, can make a huge impact on a young person's life.
As adults, we must take advantage of every moment we have with a young person, to be an extension of God's love in their lives.
Why? Because God, Himself, encounters us and expresses His love to us in moments. Jesus shows us time and time again in the Gospels that He desires to personally encounter us based on our own individual present realities and needs, even when we least expect it. Sometimes these moments are profound, and other times, He shows His love in the smaller, more mundane moments of our lives.
As adults, we can turn even the smallest of moments with young people into something more by being present, entering into their world, and journeying with them.
Let us make our interactions with young people More than Just a Moment.

Meet our guest speaker

doug tooke
We are so excited to have Doug Tooke joining us for Into the Heart. Doug is the Head of School at St. Andrew in Helena, MT. With Bachelor of Arts degrees in both Philosophy and Theology and a Masters in Pastoral Ministry he has over twenty years of professional ministry experience. He is a recipient of the National Catholic Youth Ministry Award from the National Federation for Catholic Youth Ministry. Doug currently lives in Helena, MT with his wife Becky and their five daughters.
Doug has many years of experience working with young people in many different capacities. We are sure that you will walk away from Into the Heart feeling both challenged and inspired.
